Muonekwu Capital was founded in 2019 for the purpose of real estate investment. Since inception, Muonekwu Capital has done over $5M in transactions including Multi Family and Single Family fix and flip projects and have successfully invested over $1M + in upgrades and renovations.
Muonekwu Capital is comprised of affiliated businesses that have developed expertise in their respective domains, but work closely together to achieve the execution of the business plan. With a deep understanding around the business of any given project, we employ the necessary operators as well as properly align all interests for smooth execution.
